First time at this 5 Guys. Better than another close by location. The burgers, melts and shakes were very good as was the service. Also, maybe because it wasn’t busy, the place was very clean. As with the majority of similar burger chains, the burgers are a little pricey. But what isn’t these days. We’ll be back.
This particular location was just ok. I usually go to the Five Guys located at Central Ave in Yonkers. Their service is great and their food is well cooked. Unfortunately, this location was ok. Service from the person at the counter was good but not so much from the manager. The burger patties were ok and all the add on items were very cold (I do enjoy melted cheese and my bacon at least warm). If you're hungry, it will do.
Went here to grab a quick bite with my husband and son. My son is on the autism spectrum and usually picky with what he eats because of the texture of the food. My son began picking at my food and ended up eating my entire burger bun, so I asked my husband if she could ask the cashier if she could sell us a burger bun even if I paid for something else. The cashier quickly asked the manager who said “impossible” while giving him a disgusted look. He told me what happened and I went up to the mana
