Went here for the first time this morning. I’ve passed this place for years and was in the mood for a bagel and said hey,let me give them a try. Never again lmao. Today I decided to stop her for breakfast and quickly regretted it. I order a bacon egg and cheese on a sesame bagel with cheddar cheese. I also requested beef bacon, but was told they didn’t have and I said ok. I went to cashier to pay and it came up to about $9. Behind the cashier I saw the lady assembling my sandwich where she then called over the chef who made it and another one of the workers to look at my sandwich and they were all looking at each other confused and speaking in Spanish. Recently traveled to Brooklyn. Flatbush Bagels was close by and only a block away from the Parkside St station. This place is a gem. Great service and bagel sandwiches. We had the classic BEC. I had it on a toasted everything bagel and my husband had his on a toasted wheat everything bagel. Both were so good. Highly recommend.
