We have been here twice during our stay in the Upper East Side. Both times the food and service have been great. All the seafood was great, but I would sell my left kidney for the mussels alla vodka! Definitely ask for extra sourdough bread. And for a little more fun, sit at the bar. It’s semi-private (due to the support column in the middle) and fun to watch good bartenders at work. Highly recommend this place.
An UES staple for me! They’re very catering to gluten free (& celiac safe). Truly haven’t had a bad item here: crab artichoke dip, kale salad, all the mussel pots, fries, oysters, martinis YUM
A gem of a restaurant with a luxurious outdoor cafe a second floor party room with a “pop up” Steak concept and the best raw bar on the UES. STANDOUTS were the shake fish sandwich the frito misto style seafood appetizer and the whipped Ricotta appetizer. The coconut curry Mussels were the best rendition we ever had of a mussel dish.
