Insane girl behavior ordering bingsu for delivery in 78-degree weather, but when the craving hits…and this absolutely satisfied it!! Huge shoutout to them for going the extra mile and packing it with ice so it wouldn’t melt. Even 45 minutes later, it arrived perfectly intact and still so delicious.
It’s a cute little bakery. I ordered onigiri, a croffle, and a pistachio and ricotta cake. For drinks, I went with a strawberry jasmine float and mango jasmine tea. The onigiri wasn’t anything spectacular. The mango croffle was good. Slight hint of sweetness but the croffle was hard. Using a plastic knife and fork to cut into it required some elbow grease. Mangoes have to be in season in order for it to taste good and though my mango wasn’t sour, it could’ve been a little sweeter. The pistachio
