She assisted me as a business woman it is hard for me to grab lunch, I was able to get soup during breakfast hours, thank you for going above and beyond!
First, the food is okay, not great, but okay. Second, the service it seemed like nobody wanted to help me except one person but the store was fully staffed. And third, the atmosphere upon walking in there, I felt like none of the people behind the counter, wanted me to be there. It felt like walking into the wrong place. When I walked in there, I tried to order stew, chicken, rice and peas, pineapple rum cake And sour sap juice. I saw when my food was prepared and it sat there for a good minute
Armani was customer service truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with genuine care and attention. She remembered me from previous visits to the restaurant. What really impressed me was how she remembered my previous order and also allowed me a sample of the green banana porridge. It was amazing so I added that to my order. Armani truly values her customers. When you go in ask for Armani. She will always be a pleasant help.
