The service here was great and everyone was very friendly. The place has a legendary feel, especially when you see how many celebrities have visited over the years. That definitely gives it some charm. Unfortunately, the pizza itself was just okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing special either. It felt more like something you would get at a mall food court than a true New York City pizza spot.
Decent pizza shop with seating. I got a plain slice and was satisfied because it’s close to Lincoln Center and didn’t have a long wait. Prices were reasonable for the area. They’ll warm the slices for you.
Love Francesco’s pizza! I go there often for lunch. Their food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is very professional and kind. They remember all of their regulars. Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend. Have ordered for delivery before when busy at work and their delivery is fast and reliable as well.
