I’ve walked by this place so many times and never went in. Today I was nearby, just wanted one slice, so I finally tried it — and I’m so glad I did. The owner was incredibly friendly and proud of his craft. He showed me how he treats the dough — three full days of work, not your quick mix-and-bake. You can taste the effort in every bite.
