Came here for some rice noodle roll. For reference I got the Stone Mill Rice Roll. I ordered the roast pork rice noodle roll and added egg. Very yummy. Bounce rice noodle and savoury pork. The soy sauce that they got is like a seasoned soy sauce so an extra layer of tasty flavour. The lady at the counter is very nice too and double checks to make sure she has your order right. Will be back to try other stuff on the menu for sure.
This is a wonderful rice noodle place. I wish there were more cheung fun places in the area that make very thin rice noodles but this will do. I always order pork w/egg cheung fun and most of the time, they skimp on the pork/meat. It's still very good regardless but I wish they'd add more meat to the cheung fun. Usually, I only order the peanut fish ball rice noodles or the pork with egg rice noodles. Those are my go-to's at Fu Yuan.
I was born and raised in Guangdong China. I can say this is my hometown food. Very typical guangzhou chuang fun. If you miss that taste, this is the place to go.
