Very friendly staff from the host, waitstaff, and the other helpers. The salad was perfectly dressed. The pasta sauce is bright and flavorful. The pasta was cooked to a perfect el dente and the meatballs were juicy and savory. Portions are not as large as comments, but I left completely full.
The food here is amazing, everything we ordered was delicious. Our waiter was also great: attentive, friendly, and made the experience really enjoyable. Only downside was our initial interaction with the host. We were first seated right in front of the entrance, which felt a bit awkward with people constantly coming in and out. Awesome gem in UES! Happy hour portions were huge and delicious, all for $7. The ambiance is incredible with candlelit bar and Arturo at the bar was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to offer us great service, he was so attentive and kind, and made us feel at home in the neighborhood! Will be back!
