This hot pot place plus the karaoke downstairs was insane. We honestly did not see it coming that there would be a karaoke spot in the basement of a hot pot restaurant, which was very thoughtful and fun. We ordered the hot pot and enjoyed everything. You can’t really judge the food too harshly since you cook it yourself, but the broth was freshly made, the meat was fresh, and all the sides were fresh as well. Nothing felt low quality. We came to Chinatown looking for a hotpot place, and we’re so happy we found this one! When the food platters were brought out, we were delighted to see that everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The mushroom soup was delicious and drinkable, as it’s made from scratch. We also tried the soda and cucumber juice—both were very refreshing.
