I had the lamb offal soup, and it was excellent. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice. The lamb offal was fresh, tender, and cooked very well without any unpleasant taste. The portion was generous and very satisfying. If you're looking for authentic Henan-style Hu La Tang, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I would happily come back again!
