Fall Dessert Perfection in the Heart of Rockefeller Center! I stumbled upon Glaze at Rockefeller Center and it instantly became one of my favorite dessert finds in the area, especially since there aren’t many desserts around here! I saw this drink all over my recommendations and decided to try it unfortunately, it was disappointing. The hot chocolate is okay, but the topping is not ice cream, just a bland whipped mass. Looks very aesthetic, but it’s uncomfortable to drink and the topping keeps sliding everywhere. The price doesn’t match the quality I couldn’t finish it and had to throw it away.
Is it worth the long wait? Yes and no. The hot chocolate, toasted marshmellow and whipped cream actually make an amazingly yummy combo great for the winter! Is it worth the wait? Only if you want it to be part of your Rockefeller NYC experience, however. At only slightly over 10 bucks, and waiting 50 minutes, we felt it was a memorable part of our Rockefeller NYC experience.
