This establishment is disgusting. From the customer service to the food. We just purchased $70 worth of food found bugs in our food and asked for a refund for only 2 of the orders. They send a rude delivery man (that we tipped) who looks at both orders and say we can’t get a refund because we ate from it. As if it was our fault that we didn’t look for bugs before eating our food. I will be calling the health department everyday !
As many have suggested, this is a takeout spot. You go in drop a few bucks for the lunch special and keep it moving. I ordered the orange chicken lunch special that was at, or under, $10 cash. Golden Wok, at 8th and 19th, is a very typical Chinese takeout place, but it’s my favorite in the area. I’ve had a good number of dishes from there, and have never been disappointed.
