I've never left a review before. This is my first time commenting on a store on Google. It's all because of this employee in the photo. I don't know if it's my poor Chinese or if you just don't like your job. You had a sour face the whole time. At first, I told you I wanted a large cup of strawberry matcha with less ice and 70% sugar. After you took the order, I paid and then I saw the price and asked if it was a large cup. You said it was a small cup. I said I wanted a large one and added more
Gong Cha is one of my favorite places for boba tea, but my recent visit to this location was extremely disappointing. I ended up leaving without ordering anything because the employees seemed to have no knowledge of what they were selling. I walked about 15 minutes expecting a good experience, but instead felt frustrated and let down. For an international brand like this, staff should be properly trained and at least have basic English communication skills and product knowledge. I visited on 0
This bubble tea shop at New World Mall is excellent! There service and attitude towards all customers are great. When it was my first time I didn’t know what to get so I asked them for recommendations and they would politely ask me what kind of flavors I liked and based on my liking to recommend a perfect drink for me. Even though they are busy very time, they would not lack off. Within minutes my drink would be ready and the taste is fantastic. I would totally 100% recommend it!😊
