This is gross and not up to par to other Gong Cha locations. I've never seen drinks like this. Do not order here, beware! Responding to owner: Just because it was ordered online does not mean the quality should not be the same. That can't be the excuse. I've seen other reviews here and they align with my experience. I've ordered from other Gong Cha locations and the quality has always been good or decent except this location, which is the worst. They seem to be cheaping out on the ingredients
Gong Cha bubble tea is a game-changer! Their drinks are like a symphony of flavor, with each sip bursting with deliciousness. The pearls are always cooked to perfection, and the teas are brewed just right. Plus, the staff is super friendly and attentive. I can't recommend it enough!
Servers Sarmad and Mubin are most Helpful and Friendly. They aim to give great customer service. My Brown Sugar Black Milk Tea they recommended was refreshing and tasty. Thank you. Will be back to order again.
