Customer service is very good, can’t deny that. The food is good, not great, but good. Store’s always empty b/c greed is their downfall. That’s why Trader Joe’s always has a never ending line. B/C their prices are reasonable for quality products. It’s just a regular bodega, where you can get the same thing from any other deli. They’re overly priced. They should give employees a discount whom are their main customers. $20 for an egg sandwich, and 1 chocolate muffin? And their ATM doesn’t work! Ug
Horrible experience from here today. I ordered online and they delivered to the wrong building. I called and asked about it, said they would try to go find the order and refused to remake the order and send it to me, so I canceled the order. 5 minutes later the food shows up cold from whatever building they originally delivered to. The owner then starts calling my phone and leaving voicemails saying “I see you canceled. If you don’t want the food, I will send a guy to come pick it up.” Delivery
One of the best bacon egg and cheese sandwiches I ever had in my life.. perfect mix of egg white and yolk. Well cooked. Bread fresh, bacon not overcooked just beautiful. 10/10
