After walking by this place for a couple of years, I finally decided to try it. This was probably the best customer service experience I have had in New York. All the staff were genuinely friendly, and the manager even came by to check on us. It has a classic diner vibe with plenty of seating. The absolute standout is the Monte Cristo sandwich 🥪 - it is perfectly prepared, savory, and simply delicious. Went here for late lunch after a weekend meeting. I just got eggs and hashbrowns but it was affordable and well done. Also surface was incredibly quick and the coffee was great.
