5-Star Review: This is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in years, and I’m not saying that lightly. I own five restaurants and have eaten pizza all over the USA, but this place sits comfortably in my top three nationwide. The sauce hits perfectly: tangy, with just the right balance of salt and sweetness. The crust is ideal, not too thin, not too thick, with that perfect chew. We grabbed several slices. They were all so good. The grandma vodkaroni slice was soooooo tasty! The sauce is just amazing. I know the pepperoni and the buffalo chicken were also greatly enjoyed by my party. We hadn’t had dinner so to be able to grab such good pizza was wonderful. Our hotel bartender who is born and raised in the area highly recommended this place and I have to say it does not disappoint.
I ordered from a pizza spot in Gravesend and I have to say… AMAZING. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The crust had that ideal crisp on the outside but was still soft and airy inside — exactly how it should be. The sauce had great flavor (not too sweet, not too bland) and the cheese was perfectly melted with the best pull. You can tell when pizza is made right, and this was definitely one of those times. Gravesend does not disappoint. I’ll absolutely be ordering again.
