I had a very disappointing experience here today. I ordered a taco bowl, and the woman serving always has a terrible attitude. Every time I come in, she looks angry like someone owes her money. Honestly, if my child didn’t like the food here, I would never come back. Today when I asked for lettuce, she told me it would cost extra, which was strange because it’s usually part of the bowl. I didn’t even want to argue with her, so I just said forget it. But when I paid, still charged extra anyway.
I had a very disappointing experience at Guac Time Mexican Grill on Sunday, March 29th around 3:45 PM. This was my fiancé and I’s first time visiting, and unfortunately it will be our last. When we walked in, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only two employees present. Immediately, there was a strong smell of ammonia in the air, which made the environment uncomfortable. My pregnant fiancé ordered first, and the employee taking the order (a young woman at the counter) seemed visibly annoy
I had a good experience. No complaints Great customer service. She packed the bowl up she wasn't greedy with the food. The food was good and healthy fresh. I never had a problem with them. They just opened up about a year ago in 2025 and they're still going. It was an clean environment and money well spent. 👌.
