  They are horrible with processing short term disability claims to avoid paying. Even with an attending physicians statement and proof of my appointments they keep suspending my claim asking for more proof. My employer has already signed off and advised me to reach out to guardian to see what the delay is however no matter how many messages I send I don't get a response.   I needed short term disability for an arm injury that needed surgery, and they only paid me $25 (Twenty Five Dollars) for three weeks of not working.
