May 2026: Celebrated my birthday here with a nice dinner. I had the prime rib, wagyu fried rice and brussel sprouts for dinner. The prime rib was super tender and very tasty 😋. Dry aged beef was excellent. The fried rice was okay. A little bit too wet and one dimensional in terms of flavor. Veggies were good. Overall, happy with my meal.
A flight up the stairs, to the left of an infinity mirror and you enter Gui. It's a surprisingly big dining space, mixing moody contemporary with a bit of Korean tradition you can see in the mother of pearl decorating the restaurant and in the dishes. Their lunch options are select, so you won't see some of their dinner mains like their kimchi fried rice with wagyu but I think the options they do offer are currated really well. We tried their steak frite, their Gui burger, and their eggplant kat
What a beautiful restaurant to celebrate an occasion! I came here for my friends birthday and we ordered quite a lot - mainly from the sides menu. We honestly filled up on the sides because they were so delicious 😋 the aesthetics and service of the restaurant was great. I definitely would come back for another celebration!
