Really enjoyed the food here and thought the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. I’m leaving a one-star review based solely on the customer service, not the food. I placed an order through Uber Eats and went to pick it up. The staff member at the front counter was preparing sauces without wearing gloves, which was concerning. When I approached, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. After I said I was there for pickup, she asked—very rudely—for order confirmation. There was no eye contact, no courtesy, and no basic professionalism. This is not the level of service expect
Went here after getting off work. From the entrance the customer service were great. Had ordered the loaded fries and wanted some extra toppings. Had a few orders on front of me and they keep communicating with me about my order and wait time. Food were fresh and delicious. Will definitely be visiting again.
