To be honest, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had when I ordered a chicken gyro tonight. Halfway through the meal, I noticed a tiny bug close to the lettuce inside the wrap, the pita was soggy, and the chicken tasted stale. After that, I completely lost my appetite. Extremely disappointed, as cleanliness ought to be the bare minimum. Without a doubt, I won't place another order here.
Absolutely love Rockaway Halal Munchies! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and the service is great. Definitely one of the best spots to grab halal food in the area. Great news, starting next week the store will be opening from 11:00 AM and extending closing hours until 4:00 AM, making it even easier to grab your favorite food late at night! Also, they are now selling Kulfi, so don’t miss out on trying this delicious dessert. Highly recommend!
Amazing area in general! One of the cleanest and best tasting areas I’ve ever been to, im a halal food enthusiast and I can say this is the best food I’ve ever had honestly. 10/10 recommend!
