Enjoyed the location near Madison Square Garden to go see a show. Room 202 was tiny but clean. The view was non existant which was sad . Shout out to front desk for allowing me to get an early check in which I appreciated. Traveling from Canada so I needed a good rest before heading out for the show. What an excellent location 31st at Penn station between 6th and 7th Ave. they have parking services across street, 80 bucks a day. They have a GOOD late check out of noon and LONG breakfast time from 6 to 10. Wish there was more room in breakfast area. They have Good coffee. Rooms were clean and they were cleaned every day, very friendly staff. EASY ACCESS TO SUBWAY, LIRR, NJ TRANSIT AND AMTRAK.
We stayed as a family of 4. As a budget hotel you get everything you need to be comfortable for the night. Rooms are small but well kept and snacks are replenished frequently. Breakfast has a good variety and our boys really enjoyed the waffles. Staff were really helpful, we had an issue with our door, we reported it as we left one morning and upon our return it was fixed.
