The lamb and cilantro dumplings were some of the best dumplings we’ve ever had. We liked both the steamed and pan fried. Actually the best dumplings I’ve had in NYC. Northern style boiled dumplings aren’t as popular as xiao long bao. They aren’t as aesthetic as dim sum with their thick skin and un-uniformed shape.
