Happy Corner 13 is small. I read the reviews and looked at photos but you don’t realize how narrow a dining area it is until you’re standing there. Once you get passed all that, it’s quite cozy. I also appreciate how clean it is also (A rated). I called in my order in advance and found it ready when I arrived. I ordered the beef brisket over rice and a beef rice roll from the dim sum section. The rice roll was quite substantial, the meat filling was the most I’ve had anywhere and it was good. Ne
For a neighborhood spot for Wonton noodle soup and dim sum is not bad. The duck and chicken from the 3 meat and rice dish is kinda boney but most places are like that now, unless you buy a whole duck or chicken. Overall not a bad place if you don't feel like driving all the way to flushing or further.
A very small restaurant with limited seating. If you are looking to celebrate as a large family, the 2 tables with 4 seats isn't going to help. We waited for service on a Sunday around lunch time and crowded is a good thing. We ordered wonton noodles soup, BBQ Ribs noodle soup and roast pork noodle soup and waited quite a bit for it show. The last to show was the wontons. The one thing I did like were the wonton which were huge, but you are also paying 10 bucks for it.
