If you are ordering to get ut delivered to you, you hace to know they are going to take añmost 2hrs, they are delivering with a third party company and even tho they tell you it's going to take 25 to 30mins it is a total lie, I gave it the benefit of doubt trying to order 3 times for a delivery but the same happened and they don't even offer a compensation for the time waiting.
They overcharge you! $15 for veggie fried rice with 1/2 chicken! If you add eggs they hike the price to nearly $19. Across the street at Joy Garden they don’t overcharge you. The rice is saggy with so much oil that it ruin the package it is in along with the condiments. Stop OVERCHARGING!! They don’t sell $9 or $10 nor $12 food—they ALWAYS overcharge no matter if it is special hours or if you pick up or deliver. Hot and sour soup is absolutely terrible. More like sweet and sour. I dumped the soup out and in a whole quart of soup I swear I only had 2 pieces of tofu and 2 slices of mushroom. They skimped on the ingredients and the taste was awful. Also chicken in garlic sauce is more like chicken and sweet sauce. They use entirely too much sugar in their food. Would not order again.
