I normally have great service and rarely order online but today I ordered plain lo mien and got lo mien with tinnie pieces of meat in it. I'm a vegetarian but what if this kind if error cause a food allergy or food poisoning. Plain lo mien does not come with anything mixed in it. And you can clearly see the small pieces of meet. Worst customer service and food experience to date. We ordered on DoorDash, one orange chicken and one tofu dish. Instead they sent us two chickens and no tofu. When we called to ask about it the lady hung up on us and said she gave us a better deal because the chicken is more expensive than the tofu.
