I used to go to health kitchen once in a while but after I got serious about my health journey I’ve been going anywhere from once to four times a week consistently for the last 2 years and I’ve lost 70lbs so far. They are truly such a blessing to have in the community. I can always count on them to provide fresh and delicious meals and smoothies. I can’t forget their açaí bowls that are so delicious as well! I don't leave bad reviews. But charging basically $20 for what seems like microwaved lunch slop. Gastly. The smoothies are okay, nothing I couldn't do much better at home but for convenience it's okay. The food is skip and go somewhere else. Plenty of better options at this price point for bowls and salads. Low quality ingredients, made with 0 love. You can tell both immediately.
First time buying a salad here after getting a salad from Chopt the day before. I must say Health Kitchen is better. One thing about health kitchen is that they have a lot more dressing options, and more importantly, their dressing is made in-house. The staff is super friendly, and are willing to give you samples to ensure you like what is offered. The staff does an excellent job with the up keep of the store. It's super clean! Fresh ingredients and clean store, what better combination. I high
