  Great Holiday Inn location! Had king room on 12th floor, stayed 3 nights. Has outdoor seating, close to Amtrak and subway, easy to get to the major destinations in Manhattan - all for a reasonable price. They'll store your luggage pre & post check in so you can max your time in the city. Free wine at 4pm. Free water bottles and coffee 24/7. The staff were awesome and always talking with guests and making you feel comfortable. Can't say enough good things about this location. Highly recommend!

  Came from San Diego, booked through Expedia. Will say the front desk girl is very nice. (Short hair glasses I think) I will say the cleaning services are amazing. We would come back and our room would be nice and tidy. The elevators suck! Lol pray you get a room on the first floor or you’ll wait 5 minutes for a ride. I did not appreciate the fact that I called prior to see if we can hold our luggage until check in since I had a red eye and a gentleman answered who said only if lockers are availa

  Truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is perfect for exploring and getting arojnd the city, but isn’t loud at all. Rooms were plenty big and very nice for the price. They do so many little things well - the breakfast, the cookies, the wine hour Service was absolutely phenomenal. It was better than we’ve gotten at luxury places.
