As soon as we walked in, the server at the bar, Anthony, greeted us and remained attentive the entire night. We decided to eat at the bar and the drinks and food were amazing! I tasted nothing that I didn't like. Top to bottom, all was tasty! Hibiscus Margherita, Lychee Martini, UES-cocktail, Yes, Yes, Yes! Duck with sweet potatoes, green beans and the chicken with carrots, and mashed potatoes, Yum, Yum, Yum! All ended with cheesecake and espresso martinis.
Our first red flag was when coming in with my service dog. The bartender started asking repetitively what type of discapacity I had that I needed a service dog, when this is illegal to ask. The second red flag was when we were given the last table in the corner so we will be far from everybody in the restaurant. Anyway, I had a previous experiencing this place cause I live in the area and I had a good time. Sadly, this time that was not the case. The server we had she was nice and very good gre
Came for the French onion, ordered the orecchiette broccoli with sausage and wow THAT BLEW OUR MINDS AWAY! The pasta dish was a perfect balance of cheese, garlic and the bitterness from the greens. IDk how they managed to infuse the garlic into every bite but wow that was the star of the show. The French onion soup was great! The bread somehow stayed crispy despite being soaked for so long - and overall the soup was rich but not overtly salty. Would def return. We went as a group of 3 at 13.00
