I had an incredible experience at Honey Badger. The flavor combinations were unlike anything I’ve had before—creative, unexpected, and perfectly executed. You can truly see the artistry and thought that goes into every dish, with each course feeling like a blend of science, creativity, and culinary skill. Update 3/24 - exceeded expectations. Artfully presented 10+ courses, flavors and textures too good to write or speak about. . It’s a kind of wonderful magic one simply *must* experience in person with a thoughtful mind to be participating and pushing and changing the culinary norms. I work in fine dining and regularly visit a wide range of restaurants, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. At over $300 per person plus tip, it was absolutely not worth the price. Very disappointing. 《Service & Experience Issues》 The lighting was flickering throughout the meal, making it difficult to relax.
