The theater itself is beautiful, and on-stage seating option is wonderful; but the security guards did a poor job when I was recently attending a show which made for a lot more chaos and frustration all around.
Beautiful theater with lovely decor and interior. I saw Every Brilliant Thing starring Daniel Radcliffe, and even from the balcony, the performance felt intimate and close to the stage. The only downside was the bar service near the entrance. When I ordered a bottled water, the bartender seemed annoyed - no interaction, no napkin. While the person after me, who ordered the same thing, received attentive service. That experience stuck with me even after leaving, and honestly, it makes me hesitan
I’ve been here several times more and this is one of my favorite theatres. Traffic flow can be a little muddled before a show, but otherwise it’s perfect. Not a bad seat in the house. Acoustics are great. Everything is clean and in good repair. Seats are very generous space-wise. Hearing assistance uses tech that isolates voices, which is awesome. Drinks and snacks are decent. Staff is always top tier.
