Honestly just wow. Can’t believe I’ve been sleeping on this spot for 6 years. This is the neighborhood Chinese spot you have to go to if you’re looking for classic “American” Chinese food. It’s well cooked, great flavor and perfect portions. I got the steamed broccoli, crab Rangoon and sweet and sour orange chicken. Broccoli was steamed to perfection. Crab Rangoon were a little bigger than bite size, well fried and well filled. The orange chicken had veggies and pineapple in it. All around super
Best express lunch anywhere in the neighborhood. They make a wonderful fried tofu with broccoli and snow peas. I have it every week for a vegetarian meal that is delicious.
Wonderful UES Neighborhood restaurant, Hunan has been there for years, always good, plus they have a fantastic Lunch Special (until 5 PM Daily)! Highly Recommended. Say Hi to the Owner, Rachel.
