Even though the hotel was under renovation still an enjoyable stay! The staff was okay but Taion was AMAZING!!! He was extremely friendly and welcoming. He was so patient and answered all of many questions! He told us how to use the subway which saved us a lot in transportation! There should be a Taion at every hotel. I can’t praise him enough!!! He made the stay AMAZING!!
This is a small boutique style hotel. My review is good and bad. Absolutely appointed lovely. Shower was amazing. Everything was brand new and beautiful. However in the middle of the night, my son‘s arm started itching. I did not experience this when I woke up, the next morning and he got out of bed, there was a blood spot on the pillowcase. A tiny blood spot with white papery looking shell the size of a bed bug next to it. Now there was a lot of construction in the building, so I don’t know if
