I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this parking garage. I paid online in advance and arrived three hours early to catch a shuttle to the airport, expecting a smooth and organized process. My experience at the Hyatt place Flushing was nothing short of extraordinary. As soon as I walked in I was met with a warm welcome. One of the front desk agents Carisa was extremely helpful, efficient and sweet during my check in and check out. She made everything so easy for me, and the hotel itself is beautiful! Had a great stay here for one night. I had been in touch with the hotel beforehand to arrange a cot, fridge and kettle for my baby and everything was set up upon arrival. The manager, Ravi, was very helpful. As mentioned to him the only downside to service was that nobody helped us with our bags upon arrival or departure and we had a lot of luggage and a baby. Breakfast was average but a nice perk if you are a Hyatt member. Complimentary shuttle available from La Guardia.
