This hotel is an excellent option for a stay in NYC. We recently hosted a conference there for 18 people and also used the rooms overnight, so this is based on a real group experience, not just a one-off stay. It is not a luxury hotel that will blow you away, but the location is perfect, and the staff is absolutely incredible. The front desk does a great job handling check-ins, especially considering how busy the hotel is. The guest services team was also amazing, particularly with luggage drop
It was my first trip to NYC, and staying at Hyatt Place New York City made it even more memorable. I stayed there for 2 days and had a very comfortable experience throughout. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the location was excellent. Haven't even stayed here yet but already am blown away by the staff -- Jami and Tyree were so amazing and helpful. I was really nervous about coming to NYC to celebrate the birthdays of my husband and baby girl and called a bunch of hotels to make sure they had a crib in advance. They helped to make sure a crib would be setup in advance of our arrival, which does wonders to ease my mind. Thank you! Now that we've stayed here, even more impressed.
