I have to come out and say that this is an amazing little store.The ice cream is absolutely incredible in flavor, and in my opinion well worth the prices! Just note that this is a very small store and the variety of flavors is limited. While I can understand that sometimes this store can get busy. It would help the overall customer experience. If the staff was more enthusiastic about there job. It would have made this into a 5 star review.
So I didn't taste the dairy ice cream, only the non dairy. I truly think it was awful. Because of this, I put 3 stars on food cause I didn't eat the rest, but what I did was bad. In the service side, if you go to the Latinos, they are more capable and fast. The rest are nice but a little slow to react. The place does need some maintenance or remodeling. Again, I didn't try the dairy ice cream but would advise against buying non dairy options
Damaged cakes tell you they have things that they don't have have. Don't recommend the manager had BIG attitude issues and no conflict resolving skills
