I haven't been to this Ichiran location for a long time. Luckily on a Friday night there was no wait. I remember a year or two ago there would be a long line. I used to opt for individual booth seating but since we have a little one now, we got the table seating. The hostess was extremely nice. One of the perks is children under 8 years old can eat free and they also give kids a free handout and crayons to keep them busy. I also like their premium high chair. Honestly, if you really compare it with the Fukuoka one, it’s still a little bit different in the broth. However, it is already almost the most authentic ramen shop and experience outside the Japan. I would say it’s ten out of ten, but having eight out of ten in the States is already something very promising.
