I was excited to try the golden prawns on the menu which is supposed to be prawns stuffed with crab meat. Immediately wondered if it was imitation crab because I’m not a fan so I decided call and ask them. When I spoke to the lady on the phone she first told me yes it is imitation crab but then switched her answer to no saying it wasn’t. I asked her multiple times for clarity and she kept saying no it’s not imitation but if I wanted real crab meat she would charge $3 extra which is I why I aske
I visited IKKO in early November 2025 with my family on a weekday. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. My first observation was it was cold inside the restaurant. I don’t like coming out of the cold to having to sit inside to dine with my coat on. I knew it wasn’t just me as my family were also cold. Once the chef started cooking the heat from the grill saved us. Once he finished cooking and the cold crept back in, we quickly ate our meals so we could go. The server was
One of the best hibachi foods I have ever had, and I have been to way too many of these places. Super friendly when making reservations, even when I called back to push our time to 30 mins later, they Sweet very accommodating. Definetely give them a try! The only issue is that parking can be a bit hard to find.
