My wife and I visited yesterday. She grew up on upside-down pizza from Albert's in Copiague,LI. She wanted to see if they were similar. We both thought the pizza was delicious and the sauce was really good. Just the right amount of sweetness. It's a different tasting sauce and the crust is a little thicker, but it's delicious. As far as the atmosphere, there's nothing special. It's clean, but a regular pizza spot. One thing I will say needs improvement is the Caesar salad. It wasn't exactly a
I’m scoring this pizza a 7.9, Good cheese good sauce and the dough great crunch yet soft inner I mean they know a lot about dough and that’s the foundation of a good pizza definitely top tier pizza. One of my favorites on the island. I only have 4 so this is a huge to be on my list. Great job Inforno. Pro-tip throw some specials on some xl pies out there maybe like $15 for a xl pies on some days . The only thing is the xl pie is more like a large pie compared to a lot of places.
