Insomnia Cookies is always consistent. Ordered a 🍪Choc cookie and was not disappointed. Very fresh and warm. Customer service was on point, very friendly and warming. No image of the cookie, it didnt make it outside and I cant enjoy and have my phone out. One thing at a time and I chose the 🍪.
I visited the store (17 w 125th ) and encountered Mariama C. who was very rude, unwelcoming, combative, dismissive, and condescending and had no service recovery despite redeeming my points and not giving me my free cookie. She also lacked knowledge on how to utilize my promotional points in a way that was beneficial for me. This is the worse encounter that I ever had with dealing with any employee at Insomnia. She shouldn’t work directly with customers as she is very rude and quick to dismiss.
The employees on 125th street keep leaving out the extra toppings (that literally have to be paid for) or they do some real egregious bs & put the toppings and sauce in another cup. Y’all pissing me off!! Where’s my damn caramel sauce??
