Five stars for Isabella Restaurant! If you're craving authentic, homemade Mexican food, this is the place. Our order included mouth-watering chiles rellenos and a huge assortment of tacos (barbacoa, bistec, pollo, and carnitas). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and truly delicious. Pair that with great service and excellent prices, and you have a perfect dining experience. Highly recommend!
I’m from Texas and am half Mexican, the hunt for good Mexican food here has been a journey. But my god, Isabela’s is gold. God bless the random man at a bar in the LES who told me about this place. I loved everything about it from the mirror murals to the massive margaritas. They even had my favorite dish on special, chicharrones en salsa verde, absolutely yum. I love you Isabelas!!
After reading the reviews before posting mine, I can say that the best experience for this place is dine-in. The waitress was very attentive. The food was delicious and everything tasted homemade. Nothing out of cans or store bought. They have a cute take out window that you can buy from if you’re in a rush and want to just grab n go. Although they didn’t have AC for their dine-in experience, the food, the music, the art on the walls made this place, plus the portion sizes made this place a 10/1
