Old-fashioned Italian cooking in a brick-walled setting run by the same family since 1955.

We arrive at 6:40 and they sit us in a small room in t was ok. The service was ok , pastas were delicious , drinks meh and the coffee horrible . I won’t come back , I had high expectations from this particular speakeasy but Chicago has better food than this . Tiramisu mediocre at best . I won’t come back
Came here for a friends bday dinner after work. Andres was our waiter. He was nothing less than amazing! He was attentive, polite and answered all of our questions and made great wine suggestion. The food was exceptional along with the staff. Will definitely return!
Be transported to Italy in this UES gem that carries a family tradition for generations. Food, service and atmosphere are phenomenal! The speakeasy on Thursdays is such a great time. The downstairs is so unique, the live music is amazing! It can be hard to get in because it’s become an incredible hotspot (for good reason), so make reservations early!
