Not a lot of space in the store. But the cakes are delicious! There is a language barrier, Spanish language.
Not a bad place to grab a quick freshly baked snack in the Bronx. The staff there are also great at what they do. I was there last time for croissant with tea and it tasted great as always. The line might get long there real fast and you might have to wait outside in the cold... other than that, I alway enjoy my freshly baked snack from Jacqueline's Bakery.
The workers here will fill out an intake form on what cake you desire then once the cake is prepared lie and say they didn’t take your order. Make sure you get the name of person who takes your orders. I tried getting a manager or someone who’s in charge and the puertorican cashier hung up on me.
