I've been coming here with my dad, for as long as I can remember. Love coming here, because my friend,forgot her glasses and Annika was so sweet and extremely helpful. I enjoyed watching her get a tasting prior to ordering . Always great when people value their work. Great staff and awesome sandwiches.
Attempted to make a purchase for the offer that was posted on the store window as well as the locations Facebook page. When I went to order and pay I was informed that they would not honor the promotion because the "boss said so". Despite the offer brandished online and in-store. Very much feels like false advertising and a bait and switch to get customers in the store.
This staten island location has so much potential, I went here a few times and it got pretty busy. The prices are insane, a tiny sandwich thats put together skimpy is def not worth it. The cold cuts were good but not worth the price. Potential because if they had a different set up maybe, faster and bigger sandwichs for the price they charge, this place would prob double business. It was a visible mess. Ill try again in the near future and see how the food and service is.
