Today Jersey Mike’s managed to accomplish something I didn’t think was possible: they turned a simple BLT order into the purest form of rage. My pregnant sister ordered a BLT, but somehow received a sandwich with tuna on it instead… which, if you know anything about pregnancy, is not exactly the surprise ingredient of the year. Horrible I ordered a huge sandwich and got old bread for the sandwich how I know because the bread was stale if you’re spending 20$ for a smashed up bread old bread that’s stale I woulda thrown in the garbage. Also a friend of mine who was a previous employee told me that it was old bread due to its texture and how flattened and not fresh puffy bread like go to subway or anywhere else that has good quality for the price your paying.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order for pickup. It will run 1-2 hours behind. I know they’re trying here and it’s a new location, but horrific bottlenecks and lack of counter space. Today they ran out of cups and had to offer Walgreens cups (I think?!)
