I used to be a frequent customer, but had two awful experiences in the last month. Most recently, the delivery driver didn't knock on my door and I had no clue my food has arrived for 45+minutes, and when I called the store they said I had to do a bunch of things and contact door dash in order to complain. AND THEN I found a rubber band BAKED INTO MY PIZZA that I discovered while taking a bite. It was like pulling a tendon from a bite of steak. It was DISGUSTING. Whe. I contacted to complain, I
I have ordered delivery from Jet's Pizza a handful of times without issue. Never again. My experience seems similar to some of the previous negative reviews. Despite a $7.49 fee for delivery, it's approaching three hours since I ordered, and I still have not received my food. I have tried calling the store many times just to get a status update. When you’re bored of the same old same old. Detroit style pizza isn’t my fav, but once a month, I go cheap and get a 4 corner. The crust is fantastic. Ditto the flavor. It’s not bad for a chain. Quality is definitely better than the other national chain spots. Get that ranch to dip the crusty tip in, just the way your moms likes it.
