Unfortunately, this place lacks customer service skills. The person in front, who was responsible for taking my order didn't smile once, even if his life depended on it. After my meal was served at the table, the attendant didn't approach me, not even once. A few times I ordered by phone. They offer delivery by bike, and by the time the order reached me, in winter temperatures, I had to reheat food in the microwave. This Jimbo Restaurant is violating every law possible in New York. Long story short, i went in today and they charged me Tax on a Cash Transaction. My Bill was $24.75 before tax and i ended paying them $30 total. Thats $5.25 extra. I asked the waitress why i am getting charge tax if is a cash transaction? He said it’s always been like that. I know he lied since i used to be a regular customer. In addition, they dont accept debit card no more and i ended up getting cash from their ATM machi
I love Jimbo's, but never visited this location. What's to say? You know what you're getting at Jimbo's. It's nice to see that the prices haven't skyrocketed over the years, but the burgers are still delicious.
