Busy Japanese joint specializing in rice bowls & ramen noodle dishes in a casual atmosphere.
From Google Maps reviews.
This place is NOWHERE near authentic - or delicious. I've been to Japan, so I didn't expect a NYC restaurant to compete with that country's restaurants. I put off trying this takeout spot for months, and decided to finally give it a shot. I should have put it off permanently. This meal was disgusting. It took them 3 minutes to put this together. The ramen was overcooked, the broth was not fresh, the 2 TINY pieces of pork was overcooked, and the egg was brown due to sitting around for days.
Don’t ever trust profiles with only one review. Especially ones who think a brown egg in a ramen bowl is rotten. Make it make sense, Mr. I traveled to Japan and know Japanese food guy. They have multiple locations for a reason. And at this point I’ve eaten at or ordered delivery from all of them. They are all solid. No matter what the trolls, Karens and Chad’s say.
I’ve only gotten takeout or delivery and I’ve only had good experiences. I’m not a ramen expert but I’ve ordered probably 6 different things from the menu and they have all been very good.
